I spoke to Maduvha, an amazing and passionate guy who tried his best to retain me as a customer. Had it not been for the economic changes and financial constraints we find ourselves in in 2022 I would have certainly stayed. Loyalty is a priority for me in all spheres of my life. I will be forever grateful to MiWay for the great efficient and favorable service they have given me in the past. I have nothing but praises for MiWay as an insurer. Just as the company does annual reviews I have also reviewed my policies and I have had to cut down to save while getting the best benefits. Hopefully I will be a return customer in the future.
