I spoke to Keneilwe Papos today

I spoke to Keneilwe Papos today. Lovely vibrate lady with huge customer service energy. Her energy showed me that she is patience with customers, which in turn made me able to ask question that I would otherwise not ask from a service agent who does not have that kind of energy. Also worth noting that after she put me on hold to speak to her manager about reducing my premiums our line got cut and she called me back. I truly appreciate that and her overall customer service. I wish I could get hold of her everytime I have queries with MiWay.
