I spoke to Katlego Mawela and honestly her service was excellent. Not only did she assist me with my query,she constantly checked in on me to remind me that she hasn’t forgotten about me while she had put me on hold to sort out the issue. I really appreciated the care and comfort in that extra touch 🙂
