I spoke to Hloniphiwe, she was so gentle and patient with me
I spoke to Hloniphiwe, she was so gentle and patient with me. So soft spoken. Even after trying all options between Trade, Market and Retail value of the car unfortunately we just could not get to a premium that I am happy with. She even went as far as increasing my Premium just so that I can benefit in getting a lower premium but we just couldn’t win. Being a MIWAY client I thought I would get preferential rates but its not the case which is not on her because her service Was everything beautiful.
