I spoke to Bongiwe Sikhakhane and I was ready to change insurers because one insurance gave me a lower quote. The consultant asked me why I wanted to leave and said let me give her a chance to review my policy and see if she could give me a better premium. She definitely gave me lower premium and I am happy
