I spoke to Anna Tholo last week who assisted with issues for me, she was professional and understanding, never made me feel insignificant. Then today Monday 1st April, I had to claim for geyser that burst during the night. I spoke to Mamola in claims dept who provided top notch service. Being public holiday I did not expect my claim to be done today. But plumbers are here busy installing the new geyser. Thank you Miway and staff for the excellent service.
