I spoke to an agent called Nomcebo Nxumalo. Wanted additional cover to my existing insurance.. Her level of patience is commendable. I am generally a difficult patient to please but she blew me away with her level of services. Well done Nom-C and keep up thee good work. The service industry in South Africa need people like you
