I spoke to a lady whom I cannot remember her name

I spoke to a lady whom I cannot remember her name. But she helped me decrease my car insurance policy even though I was given a yearly increase. She was polite and helpful. She knew exactly how to do her job. Mi-Way has had excellent customer service since I began insuring with them.
