I spoke to a lady last Wednesday who advised she will give me a call back to assist me further and I have never heard back from her
I spoke to a lady last Wednesday who advised she will give me a call back to assist me further and I have never heard back from her. I then call Miway again this morning and spoke to Nkodi Madihlabas, and he has been phenomenal in assisting and explaining to me about how my policy works. He was able to effectively assisting me with my query in a timely manner. He is an amazing person and a great asset to the company.
