I sent a WhatsApp message asking for someone to make contact with me. Marco Williams made contact with me via WhatsApp and proceed to call me. Lovely phone manner with good knowledge of how to handle the situation. He gave me advice on how I could proceed and was compassionate about my situation. Nice dealing with someone like that for a change.
