I sent a message via whatsapp to Miway which was answered almost straight away by Angeline Mbatha. We needed assistance with a flat battery. She was very helpful and professional. Said the callout could take up to 45 minutes before arrival. The service provider was there within half an hour, thank you Donovan. Thank you all for the great service.
