I sent a message on the Miway App requesting for service as I needed roadside assistance and within 10 seconds of sending the request I received a call from Tshegofatso who assisted me quickly and efficiently. Later on I received a call from Tendani who checked to see if all went well with the roadside assistance and to check if I was safe, a gesture that I appreciate a lot. Great service from Miway!!
