I sent a cancellation request via email to cancel my policy and just received an acknowledgement of reciept
I sent a cancellation request via email to cancel my policy and just received an acknowledgement of reciept. There was no follow up to confirm so I had to call to get confirmation. Mandisa Ledwaba was however efficient and provided confirmation letter while I was on the call.
