I requested road assist via the app, they responded very quickly with the call, and took me through the process, the agent was very sympathetic. Even though the tow guy took some time to come through, but I understand because the location was not exact. On arrival Oupa was very helpful and tried by all means to explain the situation, he was very patient as he was struggling to get the car on tow truck, but eventually managed through teamwork with the other guy he came with. My car was towed to my chosen location, overall the service was satisfactory
