I requested emergency breakdown assistance for mechanical failure of Mt car. I was stuck between Ventersburg and Winburg on my way to Bloem. Miway did their best to obtain security for us and ensured our car was towed to Bloem. We were also accompanied to Bloem. The service was great as different staff kept us updated wiht developments and kept calling us.
