I requested a review of my monthly premiums earlier today and within an hour I got a call from a lovely lady who introduced herself as Zanele. She explained that my premiums will be reduced, a huge relief in this economy. The conversation didn't take as much time as I had thought it would take. I'm just happy that I'll have a bit of money to save from next month.
