I requested a call to review my policy on Thursday, the 25th
I requested a call to review my policy on Thursday, the 25th. The agent called me yesterday, we started the review process but couldn't complete it because my wife information was pending. I asked the agent to call me back on Friday, the 26th. She honored the time and date. She assisted me in competing in the review process. As a result, my premium decreased considerably. She was very professional and showed some level of compassion to a personal matter that we briefly discussed. I am satisfied
