I regret taking this insurance

MiWay took my car from me and took it to their partner/panel beater "Farber Coachworks". Next week will be my 4th month without a car, I am the one communicating with their partner and asking for updates and till today I do not know what is happening with my car. I do not have a contract with Farber coachworks, I have a contract with MiWay but I am the one who keeps asking thier partner about my car. Now I called MiWay yesterday and asked them to get involved and they basically sent me the exact same words I got from Farber coaches which is "we are waiting for parts" mind you two weeks back they told me they got the parts and have started working on my car but now its a different story. I called MiWay becasue I need them to stand up but they are failing me. The fact that I am paying for all car expenses but I do not have a car and these people do not care is just mind blowing. I have been told multiple times to by different people to change this insurance and oh well i guess we learn the hard way.
