I recently made a household insurance claim via my Miway app, a few minutes later I received a call from claims advisor Martinique Narsi, she proved to be helpful, resourceful and gave me downright the best darn service you could possibly imagine. I'm really impressed by the way she handled my claim, she did follow ups and called me back exactly when she was supposed to. @Miway you've got to recognize that you guys got a gem of an employee. Well done Martinique Narsi on a job well done, awesome service. @Miway hang on to this lady, with an attitude and work ethic like hers she is going to take the company places.
