I recently interacted with one of your representatives via your WhatsApp service.provided excellent service, I was disappointed with Lindiwe Maseko's response. Unfortunately, she didn't engage with me or address my query, and I didn't receive a response even after this rating. As a result, I had to call the customer service department to get assistance. Busiswe Sithole help was excellent
