I recently had damaged tyres while driving on N1 South i then stopped at the nearest petrol station, and I was really stressed out. I called MiWay's roadside assistance, and I was lucky enough to get Michael Mondi on the phone. He was amazing! He was so calm and reassuring, he told me everything will be OK and he will arrange a tow truck for me. He even call again to check if the tow truck arrived and that I am safe. Michael's professionalism and helpfulness really made a stressful situation much more bearable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs roadside assistance. He's a true asset to MiWay!
