I recently had a terrible ordeal that happened with an armed ******* at my house and the assistance and support I received from MiWay in many ways were absolutely a blessing! I would like to thank Elton Nyoni the Claim Advisor who took my original call as he was very kind, considerate and helpful with the initial process. Then I would also like to give a great thanks and appreciation to Andre Koekemoer who was the Claims Assessor appointed to my case, he assisted me through the whole process with kindness and professionalism and compassion for my situation. The claims process which I expected to take a very long time was handled in a respectful time period and would recommend MiWay to anyone for the great service they have delivered over the last week.
