I recently engaged with two different departments at MiWay. Premium service. Thank you Vhutshilo from legal. I called a week ago to follow up on my excess recovery. He provided updates and promised to follow up and return to me a week later - and did just that !! I didn’t have to make multiple calls to the department. I am expecting the portion that has been paid out and the party will resume the rest of the payments. Very grateful! This has healed my grumpiness toward the premium increase. Value for money !
