I recently contacted MiWay Insurance to add additional items to my policy, and I would like to commend Delton Jacobs for the excellent service I received. Delton first took me through the full compliance process and then assisted me in adding the items to my cover. When we discussed the values of the items, he recommended adjusting the excess to ensure that my cover remained appropriate and in place. I really appreciated this, as it showed that he was not simply processing the request, but genuinely looking at what would work best for me as the customer.
