I recently changed my insurance to MiWay from another insurance company and today I am not disappointed that I did. My son needed road side assistance on the N2 in Durban, as luck would have it, his cellphone battery was also about to die but, I was fortunate enough to get Sabelo Dlamini on the line when I called Miway to assist. Sabelo was calm when I was not, he asked for my sons details and contacted him quickly to get his live location before his phone battery could die and then contacted a service provider to assist. Sabelo kept me informed even when i could no longer contact my son when the phone died. My son received the necessary assist within 30mins and he is happy and safe. I want to Thank Sabelo and MiWay for the great service I received today.
