I recently bought a new vehicle and was going around looking for a good insurer,midway was my choice as they offered me the best cover with a great premium,however 2 months down the line I got offered a better quotation from a different insurers,I called Miway and told them about this and even though I was only with Miway for 2 month they valued me enough to adjust my premium and even offered me a better cover as they did not want to lose me as a client.
