I received outstanding service from Kaitlin Bartman today
I received outstanding service from Kaitlin Bartman today. However, I have some concerns regarding MiWay: 1. When an email is sent to MiWay, there is no response until I call the call center. 2. I am not satisfied with the premium I am currently paying; it is too high. 3. The excess amount is also excessively high. Thank you for addressing these issues.
