I received excellent service this morning from Buhle Nkuna (Gumede). I am a pensioner and was stressed needing assistance with the high increase in my monthly payments that I was not happy with at all. Buhle was extremely professional, kind, caring and attentive. While on hold she kept coming back to me never left me waiting for too long before communicating with me at intervals. Call never cost me as I was called back immediately, very thankful for that. Buhle was able to relook at my portfolio and readjust my cost which was more in line for me as a pensioner. I cannot express enough how great the experience and service was.
