I received excellent customer service from Vuyiswa Cele
I received excellent customer service from Vuyiswa Cele. My auto premiums have been going up consistently and was about to increase by over R200 next month. I was considering taking an offer from another insurer who gave me a decent quote. I decided to phone MiWay and see if they could match or reduce. I spoke to Vuyiswa who assisted me in reducing my premium to match the other insurer. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
