I received a revised quotation to add another vehicle onto an existing car policy on the 8th of June for the beginning of July

I received a revised quotation to add another vehicle onto an existing car policy on the 8th of June for the beginning of July. A debit order was taken off at the end of June to cover both vehicles starting the 1st of July. On the 31st of July, l received an SMS stating that the 2nd vehicle was not insured and l need to take it for inspection. I did that this morning 2 August 2021. I find it unprofessional that Miway did not take it upon themselves to complete all requirements to be done before the vehicle is insured starting the 1st of July. Secondly, Miway has the audacity to inform me that my vehicle is not insured when they pulled out the debit order at the end of June. I will proceed and ensure that the vehicle is insured for now but l am looking for quotations from other insurers. I am definitely taking away my business from Miway, before the end of the year
