I rate the agents who contact us a 5 star, but I rate Miway services a 3 star as my premium keeps going up and the fact that u guys don't pay out after not have claiming for 3 year

I rate the agents who contact us a 5 star, but I rate Miway services a 3 star as my premium keeps going up and the fact that u guys don't pay out after not have claiming for 3 year. Not sure why this has changed as I'm thinking of changes services who do pay out something. We as the clients pay alot of money to insure our belongings and if we have not claimed anything over a period of 3 years we should be getting something back.
