I put in a claim last year against my Scratch and Dent and the claim was declined due it being scratched against two panel doors

I put in a claim last year against my Scratch and Dent and the claim was declined due it being scratched against two panel doors. Unheard of nonsense as we paying for this special insurance but not allowed to claim against it. I wrote to Hello Peter and Miway rep**** and showed such interest and reopened the claim only for them to take Weeks on end to evaluate ,I had to email constantly and finally they rep**** and once again rejected my claim! This is absolute nonsense as we are paying for something that we cannot claim against! I emailed them requesting reasons for this but had no response !!!!!
