I phoned to change my address and the lady on the phone was so kind and prompt didn't take up a lot of time which I appreciated as usually it can take forever

I phoned to change my address and the lady on the phone was so kind and prompt didn't take up a lot of time which I appreciated as usually it can take forever. She was nice and friendly and really made me smile and laugh and that is not something you get every time you have to phone usually it's like they just read from a piece of paper and you are just another number but she was awesome
