I phoned Miway because inspection photos were not capture yet on the sistem. I spoke to Shaun at Miway. He gave me his e-mail address to cc it too when I sent it again to the inspection department. When I spoke to him I asked if the premuim can be reduced. He said he will phone me back after receiving the photos. He phoned me back as promised and got the premuim reduced.
