I phoned for road side assistance this afternoon 30th September 2022 and had to wait 1 and half hours alone on the highway for a tow truck as MiWay neglected to communicate my proper location to first help service

I phoned for road side assistance this afternoon 30th September 2022 and had to wait 1 and half hours alone on the highway for a tow truck as MiWay neglected to communicate my proper location to first help service. I explained to MiWay exactly where I was headed and where I was located and I sent my location on whatsapp. I was also offered security but didn't need any at the time as it was light outside (4:45pm). After 2 guys walked towards my car and walked past. Half hour later they came back but then luckily the tow truck driver came. I felt helpless and fearful for my life. Knowing the situation I was in - I expected MiWay to keep communicating with me to make sure everything was okay. I didn't receive any communication from them. After my whole experience with MiWay today I'm considering changing my insurance.
