Arranged for my vehicle to be collected. They were prompt, efficient, called to make sure more than once that I am ok. Confirmed that the correct driver arrived. Bradley followed up to confirm my vehicle was collected and that I am ok. Was pleasantly surprised, it was my first time breaking down with an automatic vehicle, and we have only been with MiWay for just over a month.
