I pay, You receive, I claim, You BLAME!
Good day Complaints Department<br> <br> I am at my last resort to send you this letter of complaint.<br> <br> My claim under nr C575184 for 573231 was authorised a few months ago. Assessor, Gavin Parker *** assessed the vehicle and found a few previous damages on the vehicle that needed to be repaired. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where I bought it from (Velocity Cars in Century City, Cape Town) tel nr 021- *** Niaaz. They were suppose to repair the \old"damages before the spray work can proceed"
