I noticed my premium went slightly up

I noticed my premium went slightly up. I sent an email to Busisiwe Sithole. She called me on the very next business day in the morning and explained that it's an annual review that automatically happens every April for all their clients. She was able to reinstate what I was paying prior to the review and processed a refund. I am happy.
