I needed to change my address

I needed to change my address. I called on the 14th, someone helped but was blocked by a system error. He promised to get a manager to call me, I waited and did not receive a call. I called again on the 17th, a lady named Lindiwe helped me, she asked for documents of my previous insurer, I emailed and never received a response or call from her. I called again morning of the 19th. A KagisoR assisted. She also asked for the same documents but did not get back to me. I called again in the afternoon and was helped by Mxolisi Ndamase. He was very helpful, promised to call me back in a la hour. As promised he called me back three times, I was however busy. He called again around 5 pm and gave me feedback. He had sorted my query, my policy was now ok. His service was super, he gave quick help. He was fantastic and sorted me out.
