I needed to cancel my policy as we are emigrating pretty soon and decided to use the WhatsApp chat function to make my request. There is already so much admin to do and I didn't feel like talking on the phone! I was assisted by Bonolo Magagula who asked for a number to call me on and I reluctantly sent it, but have no regrets. He was professional, confident and very helpful.
