I needed road side assistance to tow my car, and the woman by the name of Tshegofatso Leshiba had assisted me throughout the process She was so calm and helpful . She assured me that help was on the way and assistance arrived in under 20 minutes and she also offered security but I was fine at the time as I had someone with me. She also checked in on me to make sure everything was still fine and to inform her once I had arrived home safely. I'm quite impressed with the service. Thank you
