I needed road side assistance, called the number provided on the app. My call was answered almost immediately, the operator took my details & location of where I was & within minutes had contacted a tow company to come & assist. The driver of the tow company arrived within a half an hour (in peak hour traffic), collected our bike & took both my husband & I along with our motorcycle home. The service was efficient all round, from the operator to the service provider. Just excellent. I am very grateful & satisfied 🙏
