I needed Road side assistance because I hit a pot hole as I was about to change my tyre I realised some took my wheel span, and I did inform the lady that the person they will dispatch should come with a wheel span cause that was my problem, the guy was help full but we had to run around asking for people to borrow us the wheel span. In future I think my way should inform people they dispatch if the is a special need. The help I needed was with a wheel span it took us longer to sort out this simple issue
