I needed emergency road side assistance

I needed emergency road side assistance. Logged the request through the Miway app. Received a call from MiWay immediately after I submitted the request to confirm details, security, etc. Within a few minutes after the Miway call I received a call from the towing company to confirm location, vehicle details, etc. Within 10-15 minutes after speaking to the towing company they were on scene to tow my car who then was able to drop the car off at my mechanic.
