I needed assistance with changing my debit order dates and I was assisted by Lesedi. She explained everything thoroughly to me. She didn't mind re-explaining some of the things I wasn't too sure about. I had poor network connection and she called me back to continue with the process, which I'm so grateful for. Really appreciate the kindness and patience Lesedi😄.
