I needed a boost this morning

I needed a boost this morning. The lady at Help Me by Miway explained they couldn't help because I was still at home, not on the road. But she kindly offered to put me through to the right department, which really helped. Once through, the help was quick and quite efficient. Help arrived in less than 30 minutes. Plus, both the lady at Help Me and the Miway agent who assisted me, gave me courtesy calls afterwards, to check if I was sorted. Great service.
