I need what im entitled

I recently lost my cellphone which was insured with Miway for R8500. yesterday I was shocked to receive a voucher worth almost half of what i was covered and I was told its what the cellphone cost currently (Market related). i was promised to be quoted again on the value of the voucher then i will be refunded the difference from my premiums i paid. I feel like Miway only cares about collecting premium then find a way not to pay whenever you need them. Im done
