I need help I need to know what do I do in the situation.

It is very sad that I have been waiting for miway to pay for my claim from September last year. Miway insurance wrote off my vehicle but I have been continuously paying the premiums. Sad part is that after the vehicle was written off I continued paying premiums on top of that the premiums increased but my vehicle was never paid. And they don't call me to update me what is holding the claim. Instead everytime I them excuse after excuse is made. now I have even decided to stop paying miway and immediately after missing January payment they sent me cancelation letter still they haven't paid when I call I am told a different story everytime. I have even had to pay for the third party myself since there is no way forward with miway.
