I need assistance with Policy cancellation
I requested assistance with Policy cancelation 2 days ago. I had a chat with Busisiwe on that day on live chat and requested she calls me at 15h00 but she did not call .I logged in on the App yesterday to request a call back , someone tried to call me yesterday after work when I was driving home and I could not answer since I was driving. I logged in again this morning to request assistance on the App. Can someone please get in touch. I need to cancel the Policy 487 07 882 effective 4th Sept before you debit me for September.I would appreciate if you could call me after 14h30 please.

27 Aug 2021, 15:14I am still waiting for someone to get in touch since you wont let me cancel via the App. It's strange that when one wants a quote you get assistance within 10 minutes minutes but it can take more than a day for cancelation.
