I made changes to my policy and only to find out that the area I leave at is risky and my premium had increased, but Lindiwe who was very patient and helpful referred me to her line manager Colleen whom recalled the contract and what I will be paying is still within my budget. He was very friendly and I also learned a lot about some of the terms in the policy.
